Children First Utah was organized, appropriately, at the dawn of the new millennium in response to the hopelessness thousands of low-income families face when their children are trapped in schools that are failing them. We believe that every family, regardless of financial circumstance, needs access to a quality education tailored to their children’s needs. Many public schools cannot meet this ideal and low-income families have no affordable alternatives.
Children First Utah offers tuition assistance to low-income families in Utah,
empowering concerned parents with educational options for their
children. Our purpose is to support parents who actively direct
and invest in their children’s education, parents who view education
as the ultimate deliverance from poverty.
