Who We Are

Children First Utah was organized in 2000 in response to the hopelessness thousands of low-income families face when their children are trapped in schools that are failing them. Every family, regardless of financial circumstance, deserves access to a high-quality education tailored to their children’s needs. Many public schools cannot meet this ideal and low-income families have no affordable alternatives. Children First Utah offers tuition assistance to low-income families in Utah, empowering concerned parents with educational options for their children. Our purpose is to support parents who actively direct and invest in their children’s education.
